Return Merchandise

Returns

Follow the steps below for any items you would like to return.


  1. 1. Ship back the item(s) you would like to return per the instruction given to you by our Customer Care Department. For quicker processing of your return, please complete the Return Form and include it with your return package.
    • Your order number and/or a copy of the packing slip should be included.
    • Include the “Return Authorization” number issued to you by our Customer Care Representative.
    • We request that you provide a written reason for your return.

  2. The credit card you used to make your purchase will be reimbursed for the price you originally paid for the returned item(s), less shipping. In most cases, a return credit will appear on your credit card statement in the next regular billing cycle.

  3. If the item you returned was a gift, you will be issued an online ShopCarandDriver eGift Card in lieu of a refund.

  4. All returned merchandise must be in if original condition, unused and with original tags and packaging.

  5. Returns made more than 30 days past the original purchase date will be honored with a ShopCarandDriver.com eGift Card in lieu of a refund.

Any personalized or customized merchandise is non-refundable.
